This 2-day training course is aimed at people who make websites, and want to make them better.
There will be lots of practical work, with a chance to try out every major step in the user-centred design process. Exercises will be based on preparing two interactive products in two teams. Each team will design a product, drawing on members of the opposite team to act as usability test subjects.
